We offer online access to your stored digital document and image files, 24/7 from anywhere in the world. When we print your drawings and images from digital files, the best way for you to get your files to us is by uploading them to your secure web-based ftp project folder.
For Windows Guest users, when using Internet Explorer, you can login to our guest folder by clicking the link, select run, run again and when Windows Explorer opens you can then create a new folder and upload your drawing or image files.
For Mac Guest users, you can login to our guest folder using FTP software such as "Filezilla", "Fetch" or "Cyberduck". Then you can then create a new folder and upload your drawing or image files.

For Windows users, we will provide you with your own folder which you can access using our PDP desktop shortcut. The shortcut simplifies access to your folder with no user name or password to remember. You can add a new folder for each of your projects where you can drag and drop your files. If you are more comfortable using ftp software such as Filezilla, we will provide you with a user name and password so you can access your folder.
